Teddy Waits (Vince Matthew Chung) is Lumina’s geeky and adorable best friend and the nephew of the formidable Eliza Chan. He has an unspoken crush on Lumina but has not been able to admit his feelings to himself, much less to her. Lumina suspects that he may be in love with her, but she is not interested and has been careful to maintain a “friend only” relationship with Teddy.
A bona fide reality TV star, Vince Matthew Chung is best known for being one half of the winning Team HK for The Amazing Race Asia 3. He regularly performs improv-comedy, hosts myriad events, has acted in several stage productions and has been in commercials and corporate videos hawking digital cameras and road traffic safety. He loves playing Lumina's best pal Teddy because he gets to say "thousand-year old egg congee" in Cantonese. His twin passions remain sports and a nice, cold beer.
