I love this band - Tim Ouyang has some of the most gorgeous vocals I have ever heard.  So I'm stoked to hear that they have a new music video available for their first single "Analyze"!  Watch the video here:

On May 5, 2010, Tim Be Told released a brand new music video for their song, “Analyze,” off the critically acclaimed “From the Inside” EP.  Watch the video now at www.timbetold.com, where you can download the single for free and visit the newly relaunched Tim Be Told store.  Using real people rather than actors, “Analyze” highlights the internal struggles we all face and the battles waged between discouragement and hope.  The video, directed by Jonathan Moy, projects the band’s positive outlook, with hope winning in the end. Tim Be Told’s uplifting music has earned them a legion of fans across the country.  They have been touring relentlessly as a client of William Morris Endeavor Entertainment and, in between the dates, the band is spending some time in the studio working on a new record!

It is our pleasure to announce that LUMINA the Web Series has been selected as an Official Honoree for the Best Editing category in The 14th Annual Webby Awards!

Out of the nearly 10,000 entries from over 60 countries submitted to this year's Webby Awards, less than 15% are awarded the status of Official Honoree, and only four, including LUMINA and the Sony web series Angel of Death, were chosen as Official Honorees for Best Editing.  Please join me in congratulating our editor Bettina Enigl for a job well done! 

It's been an amazing year for LUMINA - the Webby Awards Official Honoree distinction marks our eleventh award distinction since our online release last fall.  Previous honors include one Streamy Awards nomination for Best Cinematography for our DP's XiaoSu Han and Andreas Thalhammer (the award went to Riese, also well deserved!), six Indie Soap Awards nominations, including for Best Writing and Best Directing, and three American Soap World Awards nominations.

Jen & the Cast and Crew of LUMINA

As you already know from my previous post on Tim Be Told, I'm a huge fan of this Charlottesville, Virginia based band and hearing "All of Me" on LUMINA webisode 4 is still one of my favorite moments in the entire series.

And now Tim Be Told is offering their single "Analyze" from their new EP From the Inside for free for fans to download!  Grab it while it's hot!
