James Weston (Lawrence Jacob Milman) is the new junior analyst at INIT. He is fresh out of university as well as a newcomer to Hong Kong; adjusting to the dense Asian metropolis has been a challenge for him.  Although he tries to appear confident and in control, James is desperate for approval from Eliza and advancement at his job.  James learns the hard way that there is no ready substitute for honest work.

Lawrence Jacob Milman is an actor, director, spoken word poet, lyricist and yogi.  Born in Canada's urban center of Toronto, and traveling through Vancouver West Coast with ease, LJ finds that Hong Kong has greeted him with challenge and opportunity.  LJ's film work includes 2000's Love Disease which was in the Cannes Film Festival Market Place, a feature role in the Pepsi ad campaign with rock band Sum 41, and appearing in 18 alongside legendary actor Sir Ian McKellen.  His stage appearances include being in Aaron Sorkin's A Few Good Men, playing the title role in Jeffery and playing Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire with HK's Big Box Theatre.
